N.B. Important: Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter, etc.) are considered high season. For children under 8 years there is a discount and you save 30%.

General Condition

Arrival and departure

Check in time is scheduled from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm during the morning and from 17:00 pm to 19:00 pm in the afternoon. If you think to arrive before or after this timetable it's mandatory to arrange it previously. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Linen change policy

We normally change bed linen weekly and bath towels every three days. More frequent service may be provide for an additional fee.

Meals timetable

Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. We might arrange it at 7:30 am for Guests who are staying for working purposes. Dinner service starts at 8:00 pm (from June to September) and from 8:00 pm for the rest of the year. Smoking is not allowed in any rooms nor in the dining room. We provide our Guests confortable chairs with tables and ashtrays just outside the rooms and in the porch.

Single room supplement € 15,00

Booking policy

Reservation can be made by email. In order to guarantee the booking a deposit of 30% is required by bank transfer. A confirmation email will be sent once received the payment. The rest of the bill must be settle prior to the departure.

Cancellation policy

Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to the guests arrival will be fully refunded, otherwise no refund will be applied.
